1. Pre-installation Advantage | Fast On-site Installation to Cut Overseas Cost
Over 95% of the Apple Cabin is fully prefabricated and finished in our factory before shipment. Complete interior decoration, wall & floor finishing, aluminum doors & tempered glass windows, embedded water drainage pipelines, full electrical circuits, LED lighting, power sockets and ventilation systems are pre-installed and fully inspected at factory.
Different from traditional on-site construction requiring foundation casting, brickwork, painting and complicated wiring, our cabins only need simple ground leveling, integral hoisting and pipeline connection after arriving at overseas destinations. The whole unit can be put into formal operation within 1~2 working days.
It perfectly solves overseas market pain points including expensive local labor, shortage of skilled construction workers, long construction cycle and uncontrollable on-site construction expense. No construction waste is generated during installation, complying with environmental protection regulations of Europe, Southeast Asia, Middle East and other regions, saving customers waste disposal expense and project period cost greatly.
2. Superior Export Performance & Controllable Logistics Cost
All Apple Cabin dimensions are designed following international container transportation standards with compact layout and standardized gross weight & measurement. Two mature export solutions are available to match various order demands: finished full-unit shipment and knockdown split-packing shipment.
Finished whole cabin shipment: Cabin keeps complete finished status, directly loaded into container; clients can use immediately after goods arrive, ideal for small-batch & urgent orders.
Split knockdown packing shipment: Key components are disassembled and packed neatly to maximize container inner space utilization, increase loading quantity per container and reduce unit sea freight, perfect for bulk wholesale orders.
Our cabins fit standard 20GP /40GP /40HQ sea containers perfectly, compatible with sea freight, truck transport, air freight and combined multimodal transport for global destinations.
All products adopt export-standard packaging: full-wrap pearl cotton + waterproof PVC film, anti-collision hardboard for glass & door parts, IPPC fumigated wooden base pallet to avoid dampness, scratch, extrusion damage during long-distance ocean transit. Standard shipping mark with destination, QTY, GW & NW is labeled clearly for smooth customs declaration and cargo inspection, simplifying cross-border clearance procedures and lowering customs detention risks.
