Product Description

X-Type Folding Panel Container House

X type folding container house, standard size is L5800 ×W2480×H2520mm. The long panels are folded and it's the stardard and simple one. If use the simple frame with 50mm flat panels, one 40HQ can load 14 sets; if use simple frame with 50/65mm panels, one 40HQ can load 12 sets. If use upgraded big frame with 75mm corrugated panels, one 40HQ can load 10 sets.

The advantages of the folding container house is that the power system is installed well at factory and just need to open the house with crane and simply fixed the wall to the frame with screws. Only needs about 10~30 minutes for a house. So the house is very good for the country whose labor cost is very high.

We provide very detailed installation instruction drawings and videos for every project. For large projects, we will have both installation workers and supervisors on site. The fee for the on-site service should be negotiated with clients.

Normally, delivery time is 15 days after deposit received. For large order, the delivery time should be negotiated.

Under conventional climate and environment, the service life of container house steel frame is 20 years.

What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adapt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.
Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure.
High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
