Corrosion Protection & Surface Treatment
The corrosion of steel can be considered as an electrochemical process that occurs in stages. It requires the simultaneous presence of water and oxygen. As long as either of the conditions does not exist, corrosion will not occur. The purpose of anti-corrosion is to isolate oxygen and water. Our simple and effective solutions include high-grade metal coating and non-metal coating.
Hot-dip galvanized: our standard is that the average zinc thickness is not less than 85µm (606g/sqm). The maximum zinc thickness can be more than 100µm (713g/sqm).
