Lifespan depends on the housing type: prefabricated homes usually last 5-20 years; standard container homes last 8-15 years (special designs up to 25 years); light steel villas can last up to 50 years under professional installation and treatment.

Q What is the wind resistance rating of these modular structures?

Standard designs tolerate wind pressure up to 0.45KN/㎡, which withstands level 10 winds. For harsh environments, structural reinforcement (larger columns/beams, extra reinforcement joints, and wind cables) can be implemented to withstand storms up to level 17.

Q What is the earthquake resistance rating?

Our modular housing products are engineered and tested to withstand an earthquake intensity of 8 degrees, equivalent to a seismic resistance rating of 6.4 magnitude. The flexibility of the light steel frame design reduces impact and protects occupants.

Q What is the fire resistance performance of the housing units?

The wall and roof panel systems use Class-A fireproof materials matching national regulations. In addition, our enclosure materials have successfully passed a 1-hour fire resistance test certified by INTERTEK.

Q How is the waterproof and leak-proof performance?

All units utilize structural waterproofing designs. Container units employ a four-corner centralized drainage system that can withstand up to 16mm/min of rain. For areas with extreme rainfall, we recommend adding a dual-sloped roof to facilitate direct roof drainage.
